Easy, fast and very rich red spaghetti
I bring you a very simple recipe for red spaghetti or spaghetti with tomato that is made in a flash.
Although this pasta dish requires very few ingredients, there are some delicious spaghetti, thanks to the preparation technique used that I explain.
The fact of sautéing the spaghetti together with the sauce gives them a very special flavor and texture and makes them much tastier.
- 150 g spaghetti
- 1 large onion
- 6-7 tablespoons tomato
- 3-4 tablespoons of oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Finely chop the onion
In a frying pan we add the oil and add the chopped onion
Over medium heat we fry it until it is golden brown is what will give our spaghetti a very special touch
Once the onions have browned, add the tomato
And we also fry a few minutes
In a saucepan we prepare the water with a little salt
And we add the spaghetti when the water is already boiling
Once the water has boiled again, we cook our spaghetti following the instructions that come on the package. In mine it says that you have to know them between 8 and 10 minutes
From time to time we stir them so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot and we remove them when they are ready.
Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the sauce
And now we fry the spaghetti for 5 or 10 minutes. This is the special touch of this recipe, not only mixing with the sauce, when frying it soaks in all the flavor of the tomato sauce
When the spaghetti has browned a little
We add freshly ground black pepper
And we serve our delicious and tasty plate of red spaghetti

As you have seen, this recipe is not the typical one for spaghetti with tomato, it is a form of preparation in which the fact of sautéing the spaghetti together with the sauce gives them a very special flavor and texture and makes them much tastier. .
